About Me
My goal is to help children, teens and their families to gain coping skills, using a strength-based framework that helps to foster resiliency. I use a primarily cognitive behavioural (CBT) orientation to help make sense of some of the difficulties individuals have, and then look at how to process, cope, and deal with those challenges.
