About Me
Born and raised in the Hamilton area, I completed my undergraduate degree at McMaster University focusing on Biology and minoring in Medical Anthropology. The combination of these topics ignited my interest in complementary and alternative medicine. My passion for natural therapies, holistic medicine, and most importantly health, made naturopathic medicine an instinctive career fit.
I then completed 4 years of graduate medical studies at the accredited Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM) in Toronto. I am currently a board certified Naturopathic Doctor in good standing, registered with both the Ontario Association of Naturopathic Doctors (OAND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND). I enjoy working to integrate research-based natural medical knowledge with mainstream medicine to provide the most comprehensive care possible. This is achieved through the use of clinical nutritional therapies, acupuncture and Asian medicine, botanical medicine, lifestyle counselling and homeopathy. I welcomes patients at any stage in their journey toward well-being and have a special interest in women's health, fertility, pain management and chronic disease.
