About Me
In the community and in my practice, I like to lead by example. When I'm not in the office, I am out exploring local hiking trails and waterfalls, stand up paddle boarding, backcountry camping, and love attending local artistic events in Hamilton and the GTA. I also practice meditation and mindful breathing and belong to a local mindfulness group. It is my belief and experience that these activities nourish me in ways that cannot be achieved through a pill or supplement; they are at the heart of living a vibrant and meaningful life and I love encouraging, motivating and inspiring my patients to chose a more holistic and vibrant way of living.
I love to stay engaged in the community and to educate others and regularly give free seminars at local health food stores, libraries and schools. I also have a strong network of health care professionals that I refer my patients to that includes physicians, osteopaths, midwives, physiotherapists, family counselors, social workers and massage therapists.
