Kata Begovits, founder and owner of Lifetree Healing & Teaching Centre entered the world of alternative healthcare as a Registered Massage Therapist. Born in Hungary, she immigrated to Canada in 1989 at the early age of six with her parents and older sister Eva.

About Me

Kata pursued and completed a two year program at Canadian Therapeutic College obtaining a diploma in Massage and Hydro Therapy in 2005. Since then she has never looked back and has taken such an interest in natural therapies that she continually keeps herself updated through self and continuing education. She completed a Thai Massage and Indian Head Massage course to further expand her knowledge. A firm believer in the positive effects of Yoga and Meditation, Kata regularly incorporates stretching and breathing techniques into her treatments helping her clients regain flexibility and reduce physical, mental and emotional stress.
