Dr. Sarah Stock attained an honours degree in Kinesiology from Brock University in 2010, followed a Doctorate of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. In addition, she is certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture from McMaster University and trained in instrument assisted soft tissue techniques.
Sarah spent her childhood and adolescence competing as a rhythmic gymnast on Canada’s National Team. In 2003, Sarah had the privilege of representing Canada at the summer Pan American Games and the Rhythmic Gymnastics World Championships. It was during her time as an elite athlete when she recognized the value and positive impact that chiropractic care had to offer athletes and everyday people. Now in her free time, she enjoys spending time at the cottage, and activities such as wakesurfing, volleyball and snowboarding.
Sarah practices an individualized, evidence-informed approach to healthcare to help patients correct mechanical dysfunctions and prevent future injury.
