About Me
Dr. Stelsoe's patient centered holistic treatments of neuromusculoskeletal problems is based on a functional approach - correcting the cause of the problems and not just the symptoms or compensations. His primary objective is to create positive sustainable long-lasting health changes in every patient at every visit.
Dr. Stelsoe has a passion for optimizing health and function for everyone regardless of age, stage of life, activity level, occupation, etc. He received his degree of Doctor of Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with Clinic Honours and on the Dean's List. During his final year at CMCC, he was the President of the Toronto Chapter of Motion Palpation Institute; a nonprofit organization established in 1981 by Dr. Faye and Dr. Petersen to help doctors of chiropractic achieve clinical and financial success.
Currently,Dr. Stelsoe is furthermiore a Group Fitness Instructor with GoodLife Fitness Centres teaching Group Fitness Classes such as free-style Indoor Cycling and pre-choreographed programs by Les Mills International.
Dr. Stelsoe's lifelong love for health and fitness is the optimal foundation for the care he provides his patients. He firmly believe in co-management of patients in a highly qualified multi-disciplinary clinic. Providing healthcare at multi disciplinary clinics is therefore the optimal setting for achieving exemplary patient care for every age, situation and goal.
